Here's Lindsay, the intern from NMSU. She's doing great and is loving her host family and Ms Olivia. It's very hot here right now but we're coping with swims in the river and the nice afternoon breeze especially on top of Xunantunich temple. People here think the rains will come a bit early (since it's so hot already) - possibly earlier in June this year versus early July. Lindsay is interning with Friends for Conservation and Development (Rafael Manzanero was my counterpart in the Peace Corps). She's got a great 8 weeks planned doing community development and environmental education with FCD in Maya and Mestizo villages in western Belize.
