Hey - we're in Oaxaca and it's crazy chocolate and mole (chocolate sauce)country here. Oh my goodness - besides Lidia's, I think this was the best mole chicken i've ever tasted. Wow. We stopped at some small villages to check out smaller markets. Then got to Oaxaca centro and the zocolo (plaza/cathedral) and artisan market before dinner and of course more mole! (nope, not losing any weight on this trip)! We may be rethinking driving to puerto escondido (straight south through mountains again - very very slow going). We might choose someplace more north for a little beach time...stay tuned!
